CANCELLATION POLICY
Need to reschedule? No problem, deposits can be moved one time as long as at least 24 hours notice is given. Just don’t ghost me, we’re better than that 🤍 Cancellations Life happens, I totally get it! Just give me a heads up. Less than 24 hours notice = 50% of the service will be charged No-shows = 100% of the service will be charged This protects my time and keeps things fair for everyone trying to book. Card on File A valid card on file is required to book. By booking, you’re agreeing to these policies — nothing scary, just mutual respect for time. Late Arrivals Running late? Just text me! If you’re more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
